4th apartment

We are shifting house. Again!?
Since we relocated to BJ 4 years+ ago, this shall be the 4th apartment.

1st apt: Seasons Park, 2bdrm/128sqm, I got pregnant there
2nd apt: China Central Place, 2 bdrm/135sqm, move here cos previous landlord wants to increase rent, I was 6 months pregnant then
3rd apt: Gemdale, 3bdrm/169sqm, move here cos decide to have bigger place. lele was 1year 6mths old, got pregnant when lele was about 2years old.
4th apt : Blue Castle, 3bdrm, 180 sqm, lele turning 3YO, baby meranda 3mths old.

Landlord wants to increase rent by 20%, despite this economy downturn. Property market is on a downward trend, yet landlords are still in denial.
Overall, I still love Gemdale best cos it provides very conducive environment for families with kids. LeLe has make a couple of good friends there(Yong Yong, Alpha, SaoHu etc..)
Anyway, BC is still within the CBD proximity..and together with Linchoo & ShinYng, we are going to form the BC CLUB!! heehee...

This new apartment is bigger, same rent as Gemdale apt. It comes with bright red sofa(I LOVE Red Sofa!!) , a built-in wadrobe and a Fish Tank bathroom in the master bedroom...
Yes, the bathroom is 100% transparent, that means we can see whoever inside bathing, shitting , clearing the shit..Yucks!

The whole house is super messy now. Packing , unpacking, cleaning up etc...Lucky now I have 2 maids to help me all these...
